Requirements
Academic Leadership:
- Oversee curriculum implementation for i-CBSE ensuring high educational standards.
- Lead and mentor teachers in best teaching practices, lesson planning, and student engagement.
- Monitor student progress and implement effective learning strategies.
- Ensure smooth execution of assessments, evaluations, and academic events.
School Administration:
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring discipline and a structured learning environment.
- Work closely with department heads to align academic and extracurricular programs.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines, maintaining all necessary documentation.
Faculty & Staff Management:
- Train, and mentor teachers and staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and innovation among staff.
Student & Parent Engagement:
- Act as a bridge between students, parents, and school management.
- Address student concerns, behavioural issues, and provide necessary guidance.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings and ensure transparent communication.
Marketing & Admissions:

Qualifications & Experience:
