Role Overview
As a Manager - Admissions and Training & Quality, you will oversee the admissions process, manage parent counselor interactions, and drive enrollment targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, hands-on CRM/ERP expertise, and the ability to train and develop the admissions team.
Key Responsibilities
๐ฏ Admissions Leadership
โ๏ธ Develop and implement strategies to achieve enrollment targets for BIS.
โ๏ธ Manage direct interactions with prospective parents through calls, walk-ins, and virtual platforms.
โ๏ธ Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events, school tours, and admission campaigns.
๐ Counselor Performance Management
โ๏ธ Monitor live and recorded interactions between parents and counselors to maintain communication quality.
โ๏ธ Utilize ERP and CRM systems to track performance and enhance counselor effectiveness.
โ๏ธ Conduct training programs to improve parent engagement strategies.
๐ Data-Driven Analysis & Reporting
โ๏ธ Analyze admissions and counseling data to identify trends and improve processes.
โ๏ธ Prepare reports on admissions performance, training outcomes, and counselor metrics.
โ๏ธ Present insights to the Chairman, Principal, and Operations Manager for strategic decision-making.
๐ค Stakeholder Collaboration
โ๏ธ Act as the main liaison for prospective and current parents, ensuring a seamless admissions experience.
โ๏ธ Work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance the institutionโs reputation.
Qualifications & Requirements
โ Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate
โ Experience: Minimum 8 years in core admissions, preferably in the education sector.
โ Skills:
๐น Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
๐น Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
๐น Proficiency in Office 365, MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Docs, Outlook.
๐น Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
๐น Experience with CRM & ERP systems for admissions management.
