As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the day-to-day operations of the BIS Galileo campus in Vijayawada. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem-solving skills, and expertise in managing school operations.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations across various functions such as facility management, security, transportation, vendor coordination, event planning, financial oversight, and policy implementation. The role demands an individual who can effectively manage staff, resources, and budgets while ensuring a safe, efficient, and student-friendly environment.

Oversee admissions processes and manage offline branding strategies.

Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives to enhance school visibility.

Ensure smooth functioning of campus infrastructure, utilities, and safety protocols.

Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and infirmary management.
β Supervise housekeeping and security staff for hygiene, safety, and continuity of service.
β Plan and manage safe and efficient school bus routes.
β Inspect and oversee staff housing, lease agreements, and furniture requirements.

Manage school inventory, including uniforms, stationery, and textbooks.

Oversee vendor contracts and negotiate pricing.
β Organize and execute school events, ensuring smooth logistics and vendor management.
β Implement and enforce school policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
β Supervise canteen operations, menu planning, and financial oversight.
β Maintain sports facilities and coordinate sports events.
β Ensure gardening services and beautification of the school environment.
β Oversee fee collection, budget planning, financial reporting, and petty cash management.
β Assist in developing and executing the schoolβs operational strategy.
β Recruit, train, and oversee operational staff across multiple functions.
β Address parent and student concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
β Prepare and present reports and documentation for school leadership.
